The charity
The Rally’s organizers, “the Adventurists”, impose a minimum of 1200 euros to donate for charity: 600 to “Cool Earth”, and 600 for a charitable association at the partecipant’s descretion. We have now chosen in “Handicap...su la testa” the second onlus to whom donate this sum.
The Mongol Night Fever Team intends to beat the minimum of the 1200 euros, and to grant as much as possible to these two associations which, by different means, contribute in making this world a better place. The more we receive therefore, the more these two associations will benefit.

The Mongol rally began to unite adventure, madness, and charity. The association chosen this year to whom the donation of 600 euros are evolved, is Cool Earth (https://www.coolearth.org/ ).
This ONG engages in restoring the areas of the world’s largest rain-forests, such as the amazon and the congolese ones, afflicted by deforestation. Consequently, it works to keep intact the habitat of the indigenous populations.
Another 600 euros will be donated to a beneficent association of our choice, the name of which is, for the time being, held secret.
Handicap ... su la testa
From 1988 “Handicap...su la testa” is forefront in providing concrete answers to the necessities of social integration of hundreds of youngsters with intellective disability. Wholly managed by young people, and conceived for young people, this association sets itself as a lieu of encounters between people with intellective disabilities and volunteers, offering spaces that enable relations of true friendship in a continuous exchange of stimuli and experiences. The volunteers’ of “Handicap...su la testa” goal, is to have youngsters with intellective disability spending free time in a joyful atmosphere, carrying out recreational activities that allow them to become part of a group of friends were the roles between assistant and assisted are not evident. They also try to avoid these intellectually disabled, from spending part of their days in idleness and solitude.
